The Human Resources Specialist role will provide support to the Human Resources Administrative and Operations team including daily employee support, payroll processing, and employee experience programs to deliver the highest level of support to employees.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead special projects as assigned in coordination with HR leadership
  • Manage confidential administrative assignments and information
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Perform various tasks and projects to support daily operations of the Human Resources team
  • Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding

Information Security Manager

This role is pivotal in recommending, implementing, and managing corporate programs (policies, standards, processes, and technologies) to safeguard the MOREgroup’s family of brands information assets. This role combines in-depth cyber security expertise, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and the oversight of managed security services, particularly integrating and optimizing our elected security vendor solutions within our security framework. The analyst acts as the subject matter expert in cyber security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the MOREgroup’s information security measures are robust, agile, and aligned with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the collaboration and engage with our primary security vendor services, ensuring seamless alignment with internal security operations and objectives.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our security managed services, coordinating adjustments to ensure optimal security posture and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate testing, reporting, and remediation activities related to security assessments and penetration testing, incorporating insights from our security vendors and employee security training solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security or a related field
  • Proven experience with incident response, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity management
  • Demonstrable experience in integrating and managing managed security services, ideally with exposure to Crowdstrike’s services and platform offerings
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Construction Observer

This individual will observe projects for consistent compliance with contract documents, codes, and standards of practice while serving as liaison to the project manager and the client on multiple projects.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a resource and liaison between owners, architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Assist with identification and resolution of problems for construction projects
  • Review submittal data including shop drawings, product data, and mock-ups
  • Review and issue change orders
  • Attend owner architect contractor (OAC) meetings and visit construction problems

Structural Project Engineer

We are currently seeking a Structural Project Engineer who will be responsible for structural engineering analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, light-gage, and wood structures and will participate in the production of structural contract drawings, primarily using Revit.  The position requires the ability to work closely with an integrated, multi-discipline team under tight deadlines and communicate clearly (both in writing and verbally).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for structural design solutions to meet the clients program requirements through building system concepts, framing concepts, lateral design, framing design, foundation design, and specifications
  • Familiar with the structural design and detailing of concrete, steel and masonry building components
  • Responsible for the structural design and engineering production of assigned projects and/or the delegation of structural engineering tasks and coordination items when being assisted by other structural team members
  • Maintain active awareness of production schedule by reviewing assigned projects for completeness/accuracy for minimum content at key project milestones
  • Produce and/or supervise the production of 3D structural Revit models using integrated Architectural and MEP Revit models for coordination. This includes providing drafting direction and guidance to the assigned Revit Designer

  • Coordinate structural construction drawings with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and other consultant as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • P.E., and/or SE registration required – must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam
  • Three (3) to eight (8) years of progressive work experience in structural engineering, with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in structural building engineering.
  • Professional Master of Science degrees in civil or architectural engineering (with structural focus) from an accredited program with coursework in the following:
    • Mechanics of Materials
    • Structural Analysis
    • Concrete, Masonry, and Steel Design
  • Experience in multi-story concrete and steel structures
