We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst who will support the IT Team focusing on network, virtualization, and storage technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for projects involving network and client/server touchpoints
• Act as support specialist for the server, router, and switching infrastructure
• Act as primary for the support and maintenance of Azure, VMware, and SAN environments
• Primary point of contact for data/telecommunication carriers and service providers
• Coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor network infrastructure for performance and availability
• Participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms
• Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations
• Help document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
• Provide customer support, resolve technical issues, and log/escalate calls as appropriate
• Maintain focus to meet all published Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Participation in joint assignments and project tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting server hardware, advanced active directory global policy management and overall cybersecurity in a corporate environment
• Minimum 3 years experience designing, implementing, and supporting Azure Active Directory and related security concepts, SAML and Single Sign On integrations and applications and overall administrative Office365 functions
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting VMware ESXI and Horizon based networking environments
• Understanding of advanced PC technology communications and security concepts, practices, procedures, and system applications
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to maintain solid working relationships
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Good written communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service and documentation
• Knowledge of standard best practices and security procedures as relates to technology (Network, PC, phones, smart devices, etc.)
• A solid working understanding of configuring Cisco Level 3 switch ports and overarching VLAN designs, preferred
• Understanding of Advanced VMware ESXi concepts as relates to Disaster/Failover Scenarios and Application Publishing through Horizon, preferred
• Advanced configuration and tweaking of VMware as applies to VDI’s using GPU’s is desired
• Advanced Networking (TCP/IP), MS Network Policy Server and MS Firewall understanding is a plus
• Understanding of Advanced Azure feature sets and functionality, preferred
