RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst who will support the IT Team focusing on network, virtualization, and storage technologies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for projects involving network and client/server touchpoints
  • Act as support specialist for the server, router, and switching infrastructure
  • Act as primary for the support and maintenance of Azure, VMware, and SAN environments
  • Primary point of contact for data/telecommunication carriers and service providers
  • Coordinate circuit design, provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor network infrastructure for performance and availability
  • Participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms
  • Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations
  • Help document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
  • Provide customer support, resolve technical issues, and log/escalate calls as appropriate
