We are seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Specialist role to support MOREgroup and our brands, which include: E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Huckabee, IEG and TSK.

The Human Resources Specialist role will provide support to the Human Resources Administrative and Operations team including daily employee support, payroll processing, and employee experience programs to deliver the highest level of support to employees.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead special projects as assigned in coordination with HR leadership
  • Manage confidential administrative assignments and information
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Perform various tasks and projects to support daily operations of the Human Resources team
  • Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide best in class service to employees
  • Assist in maintaining employee personnel records and management documentation system
  • Assist with reviewing and approving timesheets and expense reports
  • Build relationships with authenticity to collaborate and support employees and leaders
  • Provide support to the Employee Experience Program and Employee Engagement Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and mainain confidential, sensitive information
  • Cooperative team player, self-starter, multi-tasker, organized
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate successfully with various personalities
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
