Paul Dragescu

By |

With over 25 years of architectural experience, Principal Paul Dragescu has cultivated a passion for meeting the needs of clients. He enjoys the collaboration of the design process, communicating with clients to bring their ideas to light, and working with the client and contractor to ensure both parties are pleased with the project’s trajectory. His background in structural design helps him work well with engineers, and his degree in architectural illustration gives him an edge in the design process to think ahead and meet the needs of every member of the project. Paul believes that gathering all the right information is key for the success of a project. This is reflected in his leadership philosophy. Paul focuses on being a good listener, hearing out the ideas and concerns of the client, his fellow architects, engineers, and every person involved in a project. He makes everyone feel that they are a part of the team and a part of something greater by making them feel heard. Paul believes architecture is unlike any other field in its ability to serve a community for years to come. He recognizes that exterior design draws a person to a building, but the interior design and experience is what brings them back. Architecture gives communities the space to experience their daily lives, and Paul recognizes the importance of this in every project he’s a part of.
