Lead Office Administrator

Huckabee is seeking applicants for Lead Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Office Director while managing administrative responsibilities, facility operations, and will uphold Huckabee culture by greeting guest in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.


Open and close office, and welcome visitors upon arrival
Answer, screen, and act upon phone calls as appropriate
Act as office liaison to building management company and point of contact for office administrative and facility related issues
Coordinate office security, emergency procedure training, and designate floor wardens
Communicate with office regarding updates and information
Maintain coffee machines and service areas
Prepare, setup/breakdown, and clean before and after office lunches, meetings, and events
Oversee Huckabee fleet vehicle maintenance
Review and approve office timesheets and expense reports
Compile employee summary hour reports
Office budget – collect and record data; create purchase orders for review
Coordinate with IT for maintenance of office equipment
Provide administrative support to Principals and Associate Principals
Other administrative tasks as assigned


Minimum of two years of college or business school required
5+ years of administrative assistant experience in a professional services environment
Advanced MSOffice skills required and knowledge of general administrative protocols
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
Willingness to support and work in a team and exhibit a can-do attitude
Ability to remain positive and focused under pressure
