Huckabee is seeking applicants for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position will support the daily functions of the Human Resources team.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and serve as point of contact for employee request and questions
  • Create and maintain internal role description library and associated job postings
  • Facilitate, develop, and track training courses
  • Coordinate, track, and report FMLA program
  • Complete E-Verify process for new employees
  • Assist with processing job changes in systems of record
  • Plans, completes, and files required EEO and/or affirmative action reports and documentation with government agencies
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4-6 years of related experience in similar role
  • Human resources certification preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP, PHR, or PHRca
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
  • Experience with multi-state compliance is preferred
