Currently we are seeking applicants for a Finance Special Projects Manager, who will provide support to the Director of Finance at Huckabee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Huckabee finance team liaison for upcoming ERP transformation
• Assist in implementing budget to actual process
• Aide in development of accounting/finance reports
• Communicate with Principals and Office Directors to strengthen revenue projections for forecasting
• Identify process efficiencies and present to Finance Director for implementation
• Provide assistance and training for teams integrating into Vision and /or Vantagepoint
• Create and maintain various accounting/finance team processes documentation
• Collaborate with Finance Director to prepare monthly forecast for revenues and opex
• Coordinate revenue projection review
• Plan testing and migration to Vantagepoint
• Coordinate with IT, Deltek consultant, Finance Directors as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master’s degree/CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of accounting/finance processes
• Strong understanding of project implementations
• Ability to achieve results through influence, negotiation, and change management
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven experience in process improvement
• Excellent communication skills, high degree of professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills
• SQL and Deltek experience a plus
