Our Family of Brands offer expertise in the areas of education, healthcare and health science + technology, public architecture and engineering. Each brand contributes to a holistic network of services, expertise and innovation that is shared across markets. We are seeking qualified candidates for a Corporate Communications Coordinator to support MOREgroup and our brands, which include: E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Huckabee, IEG and TSK.
The Corporate Communications Coordinator is responsible for contributing to, deploying and amplifying key messaging for MOREgroup and its family of brands. This includes print and digital communications, press releases, social media planning and execution, industry engagement and the creative adaptation of stories.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Support MOREgroup and our family of brands’ efforts to implement an effective communication pipeline and identify content opportunities, collect assets and write messaging that tells our story in a dynamic way
- Deploy consistent and relevant content on external marketing channels with a focus on digital media, website and social media platforms
- Post, monitor and interact with MOREgroup, family of brands and client social media channels
- Support public relations efforts, including the development of press releases, articles and promotion of projects, thought leaders, special events and news
- Manage the submission of industry lists and awards
- Provide creative support for special projects within MOREgroup and our family of brands. This may include scripting, writing, editing or providing creative oversight to internal and external campaigns
- Support the business development team in writing project narratives and team bios for pursuits, website and other marketing collateral
- Support the development of brand standards and ensure consistency across the family of brands
- Other marketing and communication projects as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, and / or social media content development and management
- Experience in A/E/C industry is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of graphic design
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex timelines and multiple projects
- Understanding of tools and trends relevant to social media content and best practices
