Huckabee is seeking applicants for a BIM Coordinator to join our team. This position will help to drive, innovate, and push the boundary of how technology can support and engage the design process. As a BIM Coordinator you will play a key role assisting project teams with specific production and design needs as they relate to BIM.


  • Prepare project BIM Execution plans, run BIM Kick-off meetings, and coordinate project setup
  • Perform Model QA/QC checks on projects
  • Work with project delivery team members to resolve model problems and ensure their full understanding of project, office, and client BIM standards
  • Lead training sessions for project teams on software applications and processes
  • Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, templates, and model content for project delivery use
  • Contributed to research and development around existing and custom applications to support the project delivery workflows
  • Participate in design coordination and clash detection sessions
  • Prepare project template models and setup
  • Ensure teams are working on CDE and report findings


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Detailed and task-oriented self-starter that is able to follow through on initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience using Revit on design/construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience of running clash detection, and producing clash reports and experience working with consultants using multiple platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM 360
  • Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or other programming skills and the ability to find applicable uses for these tools
  • Knowledge of PowerBi a plus
  • Experience working in an architectural/engineering production environment
