Client Invoicing Manager

Currently we are seeking applicants for a Client Invoicing Manager, who will provide support to the Director of Finance at Huckabee.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate training and development of Client Invoice Specialist Team
  • Create and maintain client invoice team process documentation
  • Provide revenue projection support through routine audits of projects and monthly revenue projection reconciliations
  • Ensure client contracts and invoicing information is received
  • Setup and prepare projects in accounting software
  • Review Owner Architect agreements for accounting/finance implications
  • Ensure timely processing of consultant payables and client invoices by team
  • Resolve potential issues with payout logs/associated invoice credits
  • Support internal clients such as Principals and Office Directors with regards to client invoicing and consultant payables issues
  • Attend (virtual) weekly office meetings
  • Communicate with Principals and Office Directors for project status

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Major in Accounting, Finance, or General Business
  • 7+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
  • Ability to multi-task by supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Customer-Service oriented
  • High degree of professionalism and strong people skills
  • Strong leadership and personnel development skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using computerized accounting systems; knowledge of accounting system related to professional services (Deltek Vantagepoint), a plus
  • Experience working in a billable hours environment, a plus
