The Human Resources Specialist role will provide support to the Human Resources Administrative and Operations team including daily employee support, payroll processing, and employee experience programs to deliver the highest level of support to employees.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead special projects as assigned in coordination with HR leadership
  • Manage confidential administrative assignments and information
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Perform various tasks and projects to support daily operations of the Human Resources team
  • Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide best in class service to employees
  • Assist in maintaining employee personnel records and management documentation system
  • Assist with reviewing and approving timesheets and expense reports
  • Build relationships with authenticity to collaborate and support employees and leaders
  • Provide support to the Employee Experience Program and Employee Engagement Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

Information Security Manager

This role is pivotal in recommending, implementing, and managing corporate programs (policies, standards, processes, and technologies) to safeguard the MOREgroup’s family of brands information assets. This role combines in-depth cyber security expertise, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and the oversight of managed security services, particularly integrating and optimizing our elected security vendor solutions within our security framework. The analyst acts as the subject matter expert in cyber security, disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that the MOREgroup’s information security measures are robust, agile, and aligned with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the collaboration and engage with our primary security vendor services, ensuring seamless alignment with internal security operations and objectives.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our security managed services, coordinating adjustments to ensure optimal security posture and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate testing, reporting, and remediation activities related to security assessments and penetration testing, incorporating insights from our security vendors and employee security training solutions.
  • Maintain and update the repository of critical recovery and continuity documentation, ensuring alignment with our incident response frameworks and insights.
  • Conduct periodic audits of access permissions and usage statistics, leveraging analytics to inform and optimize the ‘minimum necessary’ access strategy.

  • Monitor and report on critical incident alerts and security breaches, utilizing our security vendor’s detailed incident analysis to enhance forensic investigations and preemptive security measures.
  • Develop and maintain technology change management processes, ensuring that they incorporate the latest security practices and insights gained from market trends and cyber-security intelligence to enhance our managed detection and response practices.
  • Provide guidance on IT projects to ensure adherence to best security practices and compliance, drawing upon both internal policies and security vendor collaborative expertise.
  • Assist in defining and updating the customer impact matrix for the Service Desk

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security or a related field
  • Proven experience with incident response, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity management
  • Demonstrable experience in integrating and managing managed security services, ideally with exposure to Crowdstrike’s services and platform offerings
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Ability to analyze security data and reports to identify trends and recommend actionable insights

Currently we are seeking a talented individual for the role of Structural Engineer-in-Training to join our team.  The Structural EIT, working under one or more licensed Professional Engineers, will be responsible for structural engineering analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, light-gage and wood structures, and will participate in production of structural drawings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and production of construction documentation and specifications on assigned projects
  • Familiar with the structural design and detailing of concrete, steel and masonry building components
  • Coordinate structural construction drawings with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and other consultant as required
  • Participate in and document project meetings including, but not limited to, architectural design and coordination, geotechnical report meetings, and project coordination meetings
  • Conduct constructability and quality control review
  • Perform structural design calculations for wood, concrete, structural steel, and masonry structures while following the approved structural design standards and procedures while under the direct supervision of the project structural engineer of record
  • Perform Structural Construction Administration tasks including, but not limited to site visits and assessments, assist in field observations and reports, shop drawing review and response to project RFI’s under the direct supervision of the project structural engineer of record

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6 months of relevant industry experience preferred
  • Active Engineer-in-Training registration

Structural Project Engineer

We are currently seeking a Structural Project Engineer who will be responsible for structural engineering analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, light-gage, and wood structures and will participate in the production of structural contract drawings, primarily using Revit.  The position requires the ability to work closely with an integrated, multi-discipline team under tight deadlines and communicate clearly (both in writing and verbally).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for structural design solutions to meet the clients program requirements through building system concepts, framing concepts, lateral design, framing design, foundation design, and specifications
  • Familiar with the structural design and detailing of concrete, steel and masonry building components
  • Responsible for the structural design and engineering production of assigned projects and/or the delegation of structural engineering tasks and coordination items when being assisted by other structural team members
  • Maintain active awareness of production schedule by reviewing assigned projects for completeness/accuracy for minimum content at key project milestones
  • Produce and/or supervise the production of 3D structural Revit models using integrated Architectural and MEP Revit models for coordination. This includes providing drafting direction and guidance to the assigned Revit Designer
  • Participate in and document project meetings including, but not limited to, architectural design and coordination, geotechnical report meetings, and project coordination meetings
  • Coordinate structural construction drawings with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and other consultant as required
  • Perform Structural Construction Administration tasks including, but not limited to site visits and assessments, field observations and reports, shop drawing review and response to project RFI’s
  • Ability to manage multiple assigned projects with staggered project phases. May occasionally be responsible for multiple concurrent projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • P.E., and/or SE registration required – must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam
  • Three (3) to eight (8) years of progressive work experience in structural engineering, with a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in structural building engineering.
  • Professional Master of Science degrees in civil or architectural engineering (with structural focus) from an accredited program with coursework in the following:
    • Mechanics of Materials
    • Structural Analysis
    • Concrete, Masonry, and Steel Design
  • Experience in multi-story concrete and steel structures
  • Working knowledge in Revit, BIM 360, RAM, Tekla, and Enercalc, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Capable of preforming assigned responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
