We are seeking qualified candidates for a Pursuit Specialist to support MOREgroup and our brands, which include: E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Huckabee, IEG and TSK.

The Pursuit Specialist will contribute to the evolution of the quality, effectiveness and organization of firm proposals and other marketing communication pieces that bring work into the firm. This role is key to growing the MOREgroup brand. We are looking for an individual with excellent project management, writing, graphic, and production skills to help us highlight our value to clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce client facing proposals with InDesign to win new work.
  • Coordinate and manage proposal contributors including direct interaction with Senior Leadership, potential clients, and subconsultants.
  • Closely review RFP documents and coordinate detailed responses including drafting content.
  • Work with InDesign templates while bringing creativity to each opportunity.
  • Draft and coordinate PowerPoints for presentations and interviews.
  • Learn firm portfolio and contribute to project database in Open Asset.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Communications teams as an active participant in companywide initiatives.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience is required, specifically with A/E/C firms.
  • 5 years of InDesign experience is required as well as a keen eye for graphics.
  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.
  • Understanding or interest in healthcare architecture or life sciences is preferred.
  • Editing and proofing capabilities to enhance narratives written by architectural professionals.

Huckabee is seeking applicants for a Director of Client Relationships to join our team. Working closely with firm leaders, this position plays a pivotal role in driving the business strategy and growth initiatives in the K-12 and higher education market. The primary focus of this role is identifying, pursuing, and securing opportunities within the California education sector, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the firm.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with firm leadership to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with Huckabee’s goals and objectives within the California education market
  • Identify emerging market trends, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to expand Huckabee’s California education market position
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, and proactive outreach to school districts and higher education decision-makers
  • Attend industry conferences and events
  • Tell the Huckabee story by presenting and articulating the firm’s expertise, capabilities, and solutions to potential clients
  • Understand client needs, provide insights, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Office Directors to develop tailored solutions for pursuits

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years of experience as a professional in business development within the A/E/C industry
  • Prior marketing experience in the A/E/C industry with a focus on the California education market is required
  • Strong network and relationships within the California education sector
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong writing, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a track record of achieving and surpassing business development targets
  • Familiarity with relevant software and CRM tools
  • Exercise high degree of integrity and a commitment to the work and the company

 

Salary Range: $75,000 – $140,000
