RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead execution of client communication efforts, including comprehensive branding development, public relations plans, election campaigns, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Research, develop, and implement plans for client branding and communication efforts
  • Develop strategy, messaging, and timelines for election campaigns and collaborate with communication and marketing teams to effectively execute deliverables
  • Guide clients through community engagement and planning process for school bond elections and voter-approval tax rate elections
  • Guide community members through advocacy endeavors, including Political Action Committees
  • Effectively communicate ideas, needs, and deadlines with graphic designers and digital media specialist for creative content
  • Develop voter analysis for clients and use the data to drive decisions and tactics
  • Manage client relationships serving as day-to-day client contact and liaison for the team during communications campaigns

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing creative materials and managing incoming graphic requests with a focus on client communication campaigns for the community engagement team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collaborate with communications team to develop and execute campaign materials for elections, client communication services and special projects
  • Prepare a range of collateral / creative materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to logo design, template design, presentations, advertisements, flyers and quick facts, yard signs and other marketing collateral
  • Support the production process for deliverables, to include vendor / printer selection, material selection, press checks and budget / timeline management
  • Support the development of presentations for committee, Board and community presentations
  • Ability to design / present creative concepts and effectively incorporate feedback
  • Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple design projects of varying scale at once
  • Active role in asset management and maintaining file structure integrity
  • Maintain brand integrity and appropriate use of brand components in all design materials
  • Special projects as required

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in graphic design
  • High-level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in social media strategies and implementation a plus
